Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming calls from clients and resolving their issues in a timely manner. As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, so a positive attitude and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming calls from clients and provide prompt and accurate resolutions to their inquiries or concerns

- Identify and escalate customer issues to the appropriate department if necessary

- Maintain a high level of professionalism and excellent customer service with every interaction

- Accurately record customer information and details of each call in our CRM system

- Keep up to date with product and service knowledge in order to assist customers effectively

- Follow up with customers to ensure that their issues have been resolved satisfactorily

- Meet or exceed performance goals including call-handling, productivity, and quality measures

- Adhere to company policies and procedures, and maintain confidentiality of customer information

- Provide feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement of processes and procedures

Qualifications and Skills:

- High School diploma or equivalent, some college preferred

- Proven customer service experience or experience in a call center environment is a plus

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment

- Proficient in using computers and able to navigate multiple systems simultaneously

- Strong listening and empathy skills

- Flexible schedule, as we operate 24/7, including weekends and holidays
