Assistant Manager - Marketing
- Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns - offline & online
- Increasing brand awareness and market share while coordinating multiple marketing strategies and testing new marketing opportunities
- Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and production departments.
- Develop and deliver data-driven, digital, traditional and cross-channel marketing strategies for the brand and ensure media spends accordingly
- Building relationship with media houses, journalists, stylists and influencers
- Define and execute measurement strategies, timely and comprehensive KPI's to evaluate marketing performance, drive valuable insights, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
- Deliver business cases for new marketing programs and/or initiatives
- Develop and manage strategic marketing and/or measurement roadmaps. Trouble shoot wherever required
- Define campaign success metrics and KPIs for tracking and reporting while monitoring campaign and business performance
- Understand, analyze and apply various engagement and conversion/ footfall data, drawing conclusions that help increase the performance of activations with the target audience both offline and online
- Directing social media strategies while monitoring and improving SEO
