TCI XPS - Social Media Marketing Role (3-5 yrs)
Main Accountabilities :
- Planning and executing all Web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
- Promoting employer's or client's products and/or services in the digital space.
- Using and researching the internet and new media to reach new customers, generate leads and retain existing customers.
- Planning and execution of online marketing projects and campaigns, Ideation and creation of collaterals, distributing them in various media and social platforms and measuring its impact and effectiveness.
- Executing Social Media efforts and striving to improve the results in terms of KPIs e.g. likes, shares, tweets, etc.
- Creating & executing Email marketing campaigns.
- Performing & maximizing Search Engine Optimization activities
- Design, build and maintain distinct online presence through social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, etc.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Actively managing the website performance through Google Analytics.
- Develop paid campaigns (SEM) like Google Adwords etc. to drive more website traffic.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative online growth strategies
- Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
