Position Title: Customer Service Associate
Profile Summary
Candidates should be from reputed Organization having 10+2/ UG/ Any degree with at-least 1-3 Years of Customer care experience.
Job Purpose:
The incumbent would be responsible for attending customer calls and managing the Key Customers within TCI Express Ltd.
Skills/Expertise:
- Should have good communication skills.
- Should be analytical with good interpersonal skills.
- Must have 1-3 years of call center/ BPO experience over phone support
- Should know to create MIS/ data in the given format
- Should be IT Savvy (Excel, power-point, word, web browsing, mails, etc.).
Job Description :
- Answer Inbound Customer Service Call as well as Key Customers who have specific queries.
- Take care of concerns raised by key customers and help them with solution over email or phone
- To coordinate with internal team to find the status and get it resolved before replying to customers to and record complaints in the Customer Service application.
- Answer queries and resolve problems and give clarity on desired information.
- Prepare report and MIS as per required format on daily basis.
- Work and be part of Customer Response Team and work in team with solution-centric approach.
Location: Pune, Delhi, Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Kolkata
Qualification: 12th/ Graduate
