Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage social media accounts, with a larger focus on Facebook & Instagram
- Stay up to date with latest social media technologies and trends
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily inline with the brand guidelines
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
- Create a regular publishing schedule and promote content through social advertising.
- Write and design microblogs (for Insta) based on Insights articles on the website
- Design creatives for social media using templates on Canva
- Create quick and engaging videos - from script to execution
Who You Are:
- You have a superb sense of design and aesthetics, with an understanding of minimalism
- You can visualize and create engaging content that delivers quick, key messages
- You know how to condense written content in a graphic, consumable form
- You live and breathe design and follow the latest trends on social media
