We are looking for a creative thinker with excellent writing and research skills to help us elevate that work as our full-time, in-house content writer. As a member of the creative team, our content writer will write and edit copy for a variety of projects (including print, web, mobile, video, and social media), working closely with the accounts and design teams to brainstorm ideas, create concepts, and develop messaging. Thorough research and interviews will be required to understand industry, products/services, branding, and marketing goals. The most successful copywriter will be a quick learner with a versatile writing style.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Research industry-related topics

- Prepare well-structured drafts using digital publishing platforms

- Create and distribute marketing copy to advertise our company and products

- Interview industry professionals and incorporate their views in blog posts

- Edit and proofread written pieces before publication

- Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to optimize content

- Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g. comments and shares)

- Identify customers- needs and recommend new topics

- Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles

- Measure web traffic to content (e.g. conversion and bounce rates)

- Update our websites as needed

- An ability to fact-check long-form content pieces

Qualification and Skills :

- Proven work experience (3- 5 Years) as a Content Writer.

- Portfolio of published articles.

- Experience doing research using multiple sources.

- Familiarity with web publications. An ability to fact-check long-form content pieces

- Good time management skills with SEO experience

- Excellent writing and editing skills in English.

- Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress and Others)

- Ability to meet deadlines

- Graduate / Post Graduate in Marketing, English, Journalism or related field
