The Role :
- We are looking for a resourceful Business Development Manager with a strong drive of commerce, possess superior communication skills and be able to work closely with the head of growth and market team to create scalable sales plans.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs in India
- Develop multi-channel, tech based sales skills using AI based lead nurture and automated CRM across the sales funnel
- Build business by reaching out to prospects and partners through cold calling, networking and social media outreach
- Track and report weekly and monthly targets and actively seek out new sales opportunities
- Gather feedback from customers, prospects and partners and share with internal teams to refine the product strategy
The Requirements
- 5-8 years of proven experience in customer facing BD roles
- Proficiency in English
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- A startup mentality with a bias to action and a passion for sales
- Comfortable working with uncertainty and and in a high-growth environment
- Able to work both independently and as part of the team
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
- Understanding of SMBs and B2B sector is a plus
