Key Roles and Responsibilities :
Language Proficiency and Interaction Skills:
- Draft, review, and edit documents, emails, and presentations in English and Hindi.
- Effectively communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to gather information and deliver results.
- Utilize AI tools, such as ChatGPT, to enhance content creation and client engagement.
Technical and Interpersonal Domain :
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents with a high level of proficiency in MS Word.
- Manage data and perform basic analysis using Excel with intermediate proficiency.
- Utilise other MS Office functions (PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) effectively to support daily tasks and projects.
Sales and Marketing Support :
- Assist in sales and marketing activities, including lead generation, market research, and campaign support.
- Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and client proposals as needed.
- Leverage advanced MS Office skills and familiarity with AI tools to optimize marketing strategies.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Prior experience in sales or marketing roles.
- Advanced understanding of MS Office functions, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with AI-related tools and applications.
Core Competencies :
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in MS Word and intermediate skills in Excel and other MS Office functions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
- Experience or interest in using AI tools for enhancing work efficiency.
