Primary Goal :

- Create Knowledge Assets - Blogs, Articles, Whitepapers

- Research competitors and identify potential keywords that could be leveraged to drive content.

- Build a content strategy to drive coherence and synchrony for all content efforts

- Create a content style guide for specific products and solutions to give each product a distinct personality by way of language and guides.

- Liaison with internal stakeholders and team members to understand the product offering intimately while crafting the relevant knowledge asset.

- Involve actively in customer conversations across social forums and platforms like facebook groups, reddit, google groups and the likes, to understand the pulse and pain points of prospective customers.

- Introduce a method or process for progress documentation

Secondary Goal

- Always On + Ad-hoc Tasks

- Create, conceptualize and publish content on channels like LinkedIn and Twitter.

- Create a performance dashboard to track and measure content performance across different channels

- Assist in creation of website content, sales presentations, micro-copies for products, video scripts and other content-dependent ad hoc tasks.

- Identify specific areas of contribution where there is a vacuum and need for a change.

- Identify and discover areas, platforms and assets, like sales decks, landing pages, brand guide, etc., where a proactive initiative could add valuable inputs
