Tatvic - Manager - Customer Support & Engagement (2-4 yrs)
- Clear understanding of current product offerings
- Understand client support queries, analyze and debug the queries and respond with the best possible solution in order to reduce the number of email threads
- Attain, response and close the support and presales queries with respect to defined SLAs
- Manage support forums on various marketplaces and drive ratings and reviews from it
- Carefully review presales queries and draw them to conversions
- Understanding of eCommerce website structure
- Knowledge of one of the known CMSes like Wordpress, Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc. is a plus
- Basic understanding of Google platforms like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Merchant Center etc.
- Build a strong business relationship with the agencies, plan and draw various client engagement activities
- Create and manage client support and engagement reports, generate meaningful business and product insights from them
- Create and manage various documents like installation guides, user manuals, FAQs for various products
- Basic programming knowledge
