Job description
- Successful Event Participation in India
- Research, create & maintain a conference calendar for each FY
- Prospect the conferences with the target audience presence & get the cost list
- Negotiate & get the best deal for our participation in the event: Speaking/exhibiting/sponsoring, etc
- Mobilize senior leadership, ensure the logistics along with the required content is in place
- Launch pre-event outreach campaigns to ensure maximum no. of quality conversations are generated during the event
- Source speaking opportunities at popular data analytics events
- Research, create & maintain a speaking opp calendar for each FY
- Prospect & apply to these conferences with the right content
- Prepare content for presentation in collab with the speaker & hold mocks to fine-tune the same
- Mobilize senior leadership, ensure the logistics along with the required content is in place
- Launch pre-event outreach campaigns to ensure maximum no. of quality conversations are generated during the event
- Successful Event Participation in New Markets - APAC, MENA & North America
- Research, create & maintain a conference calendar for each FY

- Mobilize the regional POCs as well as senior leadership, ensure the logistics along with the required content is in place
- Launch pre-event outreach campaigns to ensure maximum no. of quality conversations are generated during the event
- Conduct monthly podcasts & webinars
- Create & maintain webinar & podcast calendar with speakers & topics
- Relevant website updates with Webinar landing pages to be put up
Launch marketing campaigns to ensure 250-300+ registrations
- Launch marketing campaigns to nurture the registrations so that the number of attendees stay 50+
- Conduct the webinar & podcast as an organizer with the speaker, take questions from the live audience, and revert to them
- See-through the post-webinar & post podcast activities
- Launch a campaign for post-webinar & podcast & nurture the registrants so that they can become returning users & also convert into leads
- Create a monthly webinar/podcast engagement report on Data Studio
- Collaborate & coordinate pre-digital content gen - Videos, collaterals events, etc
- Video content idea generation & takeaways
- Collaboration & coordination with the video content team
- Review from the senior leadership & ensure the execution loop is completed
- Upload videos on YouTube with proper annotations, tags & links
- Create a monthly Data Studio Dashboard of the video performance
