Job Description and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for supervising, managing and motivating a team of Business Development Managers and Inside Sales Team to achieve revenue targets by assigning team goals
- Delegate Tasks and set deadlines.
- Data Mining/Generating B2B Business Contacts through multiple Lead Generation activities.
- Collaborate with the Team to develop an overall territory account plan in order to maximize opportunities and generate sales activity with customers and partners.
- Leading Negotiations, handling objections and coordinating complex decision- making process to create new Business Opportunities.
- Responsible to develop, build and strengthen long term relationships with customers and partners
Minimum Qualifications Required :
Professional Sales experience in the IT industry - ERP Sales (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, ODOO) experience preferred.
Experience in managing Teams
Excellent communication skills in English and other Indian Languages
Strong Analytical, Technical and Sales/Marketing fundamentals along with excellent Negotiation skills
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Bachelors Degree(any) mandatory, Masters (any) would be an added advantage
