Purpose of Role :
- Overall responsibility to grow the Home Loan Business for the designated location/market
Major Deliverables :
- Drive HL sourcing through existing channels
- Identify new channels for sourcing
- Increase Direct Business of HL
- Control on cost of acquisition
- To meet the Business/sales targets for the location on monthly, quarterly and annual basis - Disbursal, Book Size, cross sales
- To coordinate and ensure the Health of portfolio
- Customer Service. & Customer satisfaction level
