Relationship Manager - Key Partnership Group (Pvt. Bank)
- Manage the Distribution to ensure growth in insurance sales through Branch Banking, in order to support overall business performance targets and business mix
- Support the development and implementation of the Branch Banking sales plan that will deliver sales performance targets, support sales growth & distribution capacity consistent with the sales/business strategy
- Interface with operational management so as to ensure operations meet the required standards of service and quality and achieve the desired levels of customer and/or intermediary satisfaction
- Support the Bank branches to effectively address sales and/or performance issues and/or exploit opportunities arising so as to maximize the overall return to the business
- Make recommendations supported by business cases for the development of new distribution channels within Branch Bank structure.
- Implement insurance sales practices that meet/ conforms all regulatory requirements.
- Support the delivery of timely, accurate and up-to-date management information and statistics as required.
