Tata AIG General Insurance - Campaign Manager (2-5 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Campaign Management
- Create campaign opportunities and use cases for each line of business (LOB)
- Devise strategies to build and monitor the campaigns funnel
- Data analysis and understanding the customer propensity model
2. Monitoring / Tracking
- Review campaigns across all LOBs
- Work with marketing, product team and Martech vendors to ensure the entire process is in sync
- Introduce and drive cross sell and upsell campaigns
- Publishing of reports and data to internal stakeholders
3. Automation :
- Assist in the automation of the communication campaigns & other journeys
- Work with internal Tech Team and vendors for Implementation
What will make you a perfect fit for this role?
- 3-4 Years of overall experience with 2 years preferably in Service industry/ Fintech
- Experience in creating customer communication/ engagement journeys
- A team player who can establish & maintain a good rapport with internal cross functional teams and set new processes.
- An eye for detail and picking process gaps
- Preferred experience in Adobe Campaign Management and Analytics
