TaskRobots - Executive - Telecalling (0-2 yrs)
Responsibilities :
1 Handle customer calls for orders, inquiries, and complaints.
2 Assist customers with product questions, orders, and website navigation.
3 Resolve issues with a positive attitude and track shipments.
4 Keep accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
Requirements :
1 Previous experience in customer service or telecalling.
2 Strong communication skills in Hindi & English.
3 Ability to handle complaints and multitask effectively.
Office Timing- 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
