TaskMo - Associate - Business Development (0-2 yrs)
Taskmo is a managed marketplace for businesses to outsource their operational and on-the-ground tasks to a distributed network of gig-workers. We are looking for an energetic Business Development Associate to grow our business. You will attract new clients and build solid relationships with them while maintaining existing relationships. Other duties will include market research, developing business strategies and pitches, managing a variety of projects, and identifying new business opportunities. You work with various departments and report to the head of Business Development.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sourcing and Building relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct market research and explore new business opportunities.
- Identify local business opportunities and challenges.
- Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
- Strong presentation and influencing skills, and the ability to interact with Executive level Business and Operational partners.
- Track metrics to ensure targets are achieved.
Requirements :
- A candidate should have a Graduate Degree or an MBA.
- Experience in sales or operations will be an advantage.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi and Kannada.
- Strong presentation skills.
