TAS-Healthosphere is seeking a smart and passionate Business Development Manager for our Healthcare Solutions & Products line, to build partnerships with doctors/clinics and increase our customer base, and having a sound business and commercial awareness.

Job Responsibilities :
- Build partnerships/alliances with Hospitals, Specialty Clinics, Medical Community, Private Clinics, Doctors, Pathology centers, etc.
- New Customer acquisition by primarily focusing upon targeting the decision makers of healthcare organizations and building positive relationships at all levels
- Plan and Implement appropriate and creative Sales and Marketing strategies to target and acquire potential healthcare customers in order to meet/exceed Sales goals
- Utilize sales direction and establish effective call patterns to develop and drive sales
- Proactively develop customer relationships by understanding / anticipating needs and providing appropriate solutions to advance the sales process
- Introduce the products and share relevant proposals and demonstrations
- Handle all negotiations with potential customers and close the deal
- Manage customer account : Coordinate with different departments and act as the customer's point of contact to ensure all queries, problems or issues are dealt with appropriately
Candidate Requirements :
- Experience in marketing and B2B sales of Healthcare Software's /Hospital Information Systems (HIS)/Medical Devices for local (Pune) doctors, clinics, hospitals
- Good networking & influencing skills in the Medical fraternity
- Knowledge of medical software's / Hospital Information Systems (HIS)
- Strong understanding of the Indian Healthcare industry and its growing demands/needs is a plus
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills (written &oral)
- Willing to Travel within the city regularly
- Energetic, Self-Starter, Creative with risk taking ability for enhancing Sales efforts
