TAS-Healthosphere is seeking a smart and passionate Sales Executive for our Healthcare Solutions & Products line, to build partnerships with doctors/clinics and increase our customer base, and having a sound business and commercial awareness.

Educational Qualifications: Graduate/Post Graduate-Pharma Background
Experience: 1-2 Years
Job Location: Pune
Job Responsibilities :
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through field visits, networking and social media etc.
- Set up meetings with potential clients.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Providing consistent, concise, accurate and timely weekly/monthly sales activity reports to management.
- Achieving weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Introduce the products and share relevant proposals and demonstrations- Handle all negotiations with potential customers and close the deal.
Candidate Requirements :
- Good networking & influencing skills in the Medical fraternity.
- 1-2 Years of experience in on-field sales, direct sales, cold calling.
- Knowledge of medical software's / Hospital Information Systems (HIS).
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills (written &oral).
- Willing to Travel within the city regularly.
- Must have a vehicle to travel.
