Targetbay - Customer Success Specialist (2-6 yrs)
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way through chat
- Help improve customers; product knowledge and offer guidance on best practices.
- Retain and Upsell new products and services to existing customers.
- Serve as the client's project manager for the assigned accounts.
- Coordinate with the developers and resolve the account related errors and communicate the same to the customers in a timely manner.
- Generate report on a daily and weekly basis.
Required:
- 3 - 5 years of of relevant experience as executive or senior executive in a Chat process
- Experience in the chat or voice process is mandate
- Strong Written skills
- Effectively handles Multitasking
- Understand trigger statements and identified customer pain points
- Provides concise information as requested
- Experience in MS Office tools is a value add
-Ready to work in US Shift
- Product Company will be added advantage
