Responsibilities :
- Work with sales and account management teams for customer evangelists to create PR, media, and marketing opportunities.
- Align campaigns, assets, communications, and messaging to corporate branding initiatives.
- Develop marketing collateral and sales tools like brochures, datasheets, presentations, and proposals.
- Determine and coordinate online and onsite events like webinars, trade shows, seminars, and customer events.
- Report on periodic activities, results, and ROI for marketing.
- Manage the marketing team to run day-to-day activities
- Responsible for website content: new blogs, case studies, product pages, etc
- Plan and implement software product launches
- Manage working relationships with Desktop Sales team members to review needs, prioritize and deliver.
- Implement marketing strategies to meet or exceed demand generation and revenue targets.
- Implement global content and collateral strategy for key partners.
- Establish & manage relationships with key partners for marketing budgets & co-branded activities.
- Strategize with the digital marketing person for SEO improvements, paid campaigns, website optimization, etc.
- Strategizing content & driving website & social media content marketing
- Understanding the customer journey & planning email marketing campaigns & other nudges to boost engagement & conversions
Characteristics of the Successful Candidate :
- Possesses at least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in B2B marketing (professional services experience a must-have) with a track record of successful initiatives involving both direct contributions and project/vendor management
- Must have experience of working in a Marketing Consultancy/Digital Agency
- Demonstrates superior writing skills with a nuanced understanding of language and tone
- Is organized, flexible, and agile in fluid, faced-paced environments, comfortable with ambiguity
- Has sound judgment and - uncommon common sense
- Telecommutes effectively, employing videoconferencing, email, and other company tools to communicate with colleagues and forge productive relationships
- Demonstrates personal initiative in problem-solving and skill acquisition
- Can excel independently or collaboratively as the situation warrants
- Directs and coaches junior colleagues as appropriate, delivers feedback to vendors, and seeks feedback from stakeholders
Technology Details :
- Experience in using Google Docs, WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Adwords,
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation software; familiarity with CRM and Cloud-based software.
- Light experience with photo editing, desktop publishing software, and HTML
