TaraSpan - Executive - Business Development (1-3 yrs)
JOB DESCRIPTION:--
- Generate target market contact database by performing market research through social media, online database, web etc.
- Responsible to generate leads, identify sales opportunities and arrange meetings for sales teams through targeted campaigns.
- Run campaigns for prospecting and nurturing of leads through various communication channels like cold calling, email & social media.
- Assist sales team in lead/queries qualification.
- You will also assist the sales team to conduct research on target accounts and develop account penetration plans.
Prior Experience and Skills:-
- Minimum 1-3 years of Business Development or Inside Sales or Lead Generation
- Good understanding of inside sales process & best practices like research, prospecting, qualification, pitching & opportunity creation.
- Well versed in business communication, proficient in both spoken and written English
- Experience in up-selling, cross-selling & other phone selling techniques
- Demonstrated success in reaching out to key contacts
- Knowledge of Unified Communication/Contact center solution/IP Telephony/IP PBX/Video Conference industry is desirable.
