Purpose of The Role :
- The core purpose of the Business Development Manager is to identify and reach out to potential clients across global markets for our platform - Taqtics.
Requirements :
- Passion for Sales is a Must.
- Must have a minimum 2Yrs of experience in Sales or Lead generation!
- Fluency in verbal and written Business English communication skills is a must.
- Should be familiar with the usage of MS Office for Word and Excel.
- Exposure to using a CRM tool will be an added advantage!
Qualifications : Graduate in any stream is fine.
Other Requirements :
- Should not hesitate to connect and reach out to people whom you have never met before.
- Must have great follow-up skills
- Should be comfortable connecting with prospects on the phone and explaining the platform's value
- Should be open to debates, and brainstorming and be able to bring new ideas to the table.
Job Brief :
As a Business Development Manager, your role will include :
1) Lead Generation: (You will receive in-house training on this)
- You will be sending out new connection requests to target customers on LinkedIn
- Reaching out and initiating conversations with these connections with the intent of scheduling meetings for the sales team.
- Adding their data to our CRM tool HubSpot for further lead nurturing through email campaigns
2) Outbound Emails: (You will receive in-house training on this)
- You will be reaching out to target customers via informative and educative emails.
3) Outbound Phone-calls: (You will receive in-house training on this)
- You will be reaching out to C-level executives at target companies via phone calls to inform and educate them on our platform, with the intent of scheduling meetings for the sales team.
- You will be following-up with these prospect clients till deal closure.
Key Performance Indicator :
- The number of emails you send, conversations you have, and meetings you schedule, and deals you bring to closure will be key performance metrics.
Critical Information :
Hybrid Model : 3 Days Work from Office, 2 Days Work from Home

Job Type : Full-time
Salary Breakup : Fixed + Variable + Commissions
Earning Potential : 40,000 - 1,00,000 per month
