Taqtics - Key Accounts Manager - B2B Sales - SaaS Domain (2-5 yrs)
- As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our key accounts in the retail and restaurant industries. You will need to have a deep understanding of our customers' business needs, goals, and pain points, and be able to provide solutions that meet and exceed their expectations. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, working closely with our Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure that we are delivering maximum value to our clients.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our key accounts
- Understand our customers' business needs, goals, and pain points
- Provide solutions that meet and exceed our customers' expectations
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Track and analyze customer usage data to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement
- Negotiate contracts and renewals with key accounts
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues
Requirements :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Account Management or a similar customer-facing role
- Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts for SAAS products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Experience leading a team
- Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot
