Qualifications - Graduation in any stream

Experience :

- Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field - Experience in Event / Media industry is a must 

- Min of 6- 10 years in Client Servicing or relevant roles 

- 2+ years- experience in management position preferred 

- Must demonstrate ability to meet deadlines 

- Strong communication skills required

 - Thorough knowledge of the happenings in the industry is a must

Key Responsibilities : 

 - Taking up challenge of each of the brief by the client to be converted into a meticulous, doable idea - Ensuring coordination with operations team and keeping a check on timelines

 - Measuring and ensuring the scale of business including the revenue and profitability targets 

- A Superstar with power-points, excel with good knowledge of graphics and colours 

- Good reporting of an event at pre-event and post-event levels

 - Mentoring down line team and building new team, experience of console management will be added advantage

Deliverables :

 - Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of projects and campaigns that directly affect them 

- Develop open and effective channels of communication with each client that can be employed by other departments as well

 - Coordinate internal projects and determine the best utilization of resources to increase customer satisfaction.
