Tandem NZ - Manager - Business Development - Sales (3-6 yrs)
Roles and Responsibility for Applicants :
- Identify, generate, propose, and close sales opportunities focused on Business Process Automation across India.
- Build & manage a solid Business Process Automation sales plan
- Should be highly target oriented
- Provide improvements, suggestions and implementations for Business Process Automation sales administration process
- Report on sales metrics with proper documentation and presentations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual Business Process Automation sales forecast
- Research and discover methods to increase client engagement
- Build an open-communication environment for your team
- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase Business Process Automation sales

Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in successfully achieving performance goals in sales
- Polished professionalism with outstanding organizational, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong presentation skills for online presentations
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Should have a strong desire to be in IT sales
- Proven ability to collaborate with virtual team members and channel partners
- Strong metrics and analytical orientation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Driven to continually improve your sales skills through on-the-job coaching and self-learning
- Background in IT software is a plus
Educational Qualifications & Certifications :
1. B.E. (Bachelor of Engineering)
2. MBA
UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization, B.Tech/B.E.
PG: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization, MBA/PGDM
