We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with 3+ years of experience in sales. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a knack for building relationships, and a proven track record of closing deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

- Conduct presentations, meetings, and negotiations to close sales deals successfully.

- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.

- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and strategies to management.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

- 3+ years of proven experience in sales with a strong track record of achieving targets.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to understand customer needs and offer customized solutions.

- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
