Role: Inside Sales Representative

Location: Initially Work from Home, from February Work from Office (Sector 48, Gurugram)

Salary - 20k - 25k per month

Experience - 6 months - 1 year

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our B2B sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales deals over the phone. The Inside Sales Representative will play a key role in achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the business.

Responsibilities:

- Proactively identify and qualify potential B2B leads through various channels, including research, cold calling, and email outreach.

- Collaborate with marketing to follow up on inbound leads generated through campaigns and events.

- Conduct effective and engaging sales calls to present our products/services to potential clients.

- Assess the needs of potential clients and qualify them based on predetermined criteria.

- Maintain an organized and up-to-date sales pipeline.

- Address client concerns and objections, ensuring a positive customer experience.

- Work towards achieving or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Effectively negotiate and close sales deals, demonstrating a consultative approach.

Requirements:

- Minimum 6 months to 1 yr experience into sales, preferably in a technology or related industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for sales.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
