Tally Solutions - Marketing Operations Specialist (1-4 yrs)
Who are we looking for ?
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or relevant certifications.
- Proven experience in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.) and hands-on experience with email marketing campaigns and workflows.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create persuasive, concise, and impactful content.
- Proficiency in A/B testing methodologies and data analysis.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and integration processes.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Creative mindset with a passion for staying up to date with industry trends.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
What will you be doing ?
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns (email, web, SMS, WA), workflows, and lead nurturing sequences using marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Netcore).
- Write, edit, and proofread persuasive copy for various marketing materials, including emails, WhatsApp, SMS, landing pages, social media posts, blogs, and advertisements.
- Develop and execute A/B testing strategies for email subject lines, content, and CTAs to enhance campaign performance and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze campaign metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and more, to refine strategies and achieve campaign objectives.
- Assist in managing the marketing automation platform, ensuring data hygiene, lead segmentation, and integration with CRM systems.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other team members to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all communication channels
