Talkify - Senior Manager - Business Development (3-7 yrs)
Talkify is an artificial intelligence based startup that helps brands launch their own chatbots. We have focused on a few niche verticals having built the required product strength and have signed up a handful of big brands as clients. Looking towards taking the product out to the world in the next phase of growth. We are well capitalized and have started generating income to sustain the business. You will be joining an energetic team of engineers & product managers & an amazing work culture.
Job Profile
- Identify potential new clients in the target geography and generate a healthy lead pipeline.
- Build relationships with new clients and set up meetings between client decision makers and the company.
- Plan approaches and pitches. Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives including costing & effort estimation.
- Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
- Prepare- sales contracts- ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators.
- Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met.
- Understand the company's goal and purpose so that will continue to enhance the company's performance.
Requirements
- Proven working- experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
- Proven sales track record
- Market knowledge, Communication and negotiation- skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
- Working knowledge of budgets, forecasting and metrics
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organisation
