TalkCharge - Executive - Outbound Sales (0-2 yrs)
TalkCharge is an extra Cashback & Coupon App/Website, helping users to Earn Free Cashback (transferable to bank) on all their online shopping at stores/websites like Flipkart, Swiggy, Ajio, MakeMyTrip, BigBasket, Medlife etc.!
Key Role and Responsibilities :
- Act as a customer support agent for our customers.
- Respond to requests through calls, mails or chat for information in a timely, professional and positive manner to develop strong customer relations.
- Providing information about a product or service
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions.
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.
- Inform customers about new features and functionalities.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
What we want you to have :
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Patience while handling tough calls
- Liaison with the customer for upselling, cross-selling & explain the product and offer information
- Knowledge of payments and Fintech would be a plus
What you need to have :
- Graduation in any field
- Technical bent of mind to isolate a problem quickly.
