Job Title : Manager, Business Development - Data Center
Job Description : We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Manager, Business Development for Data Center. As the Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of our data center business through strategic partnerships, customer acquisition, and market analysis. You will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and developing strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
Responsibilities :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the data center market segment.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our customer base and increase revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry influencers.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth areas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and operations to develop compelling value propositions and go-to-market strategies.
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions with customers and partners to drive successful deals.
- Monitor industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes to anticipate market shifts and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and business cases to senior management and stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of business development professionals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project implementation and customer satisfaction.
Requirements :
- Experience of Data center, Industrial Electronics Component businesses/Switchgear/Electrical Panel Accessories/Instrumentation Products/Electromechanical products segment
- Experience : 10+ years
- Qualifications : Diploma/BE/B.Tech Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics/Instrumentations
Job Location : Mumbai
- Proven track record of success in business development within the data center industry or related technology sectors.
- In-depth understanding of data center infrastructure, services, and emerging trends.
- Strong knowledge of the competitive landscape and key players in the data center market.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to identify and prioritize opportunities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated experience in negotiating and closing complex deals.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry influencers.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for driving business growth.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
