Taj Relocations - Assistant Manager/Manager - Residential Sales (1-10 yrs)
- Supervise property specialists and field surveyors.
- Follow-up with leads to increase sales.
- Generating client leads to buy, sell, and rent a property.
- Creating lists for real estate sale properties, with information on location, features, square footage, etc.
- Showing properties to potential buyers and renters.
- Maintain MIS. Call homeowners. Negotiate rentals for vacant properties and provide investment options.
- Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales.
- Attract prospective clients to promote new business.
- Share listings with Relocation Managers of vacant properties.
- Support assignees with accompanied viewing and area orientation.
- Coordinate with the surveyors for properties in the respective neighborhoods.
- Drive end-to-end deal cycle from deal sourcing to closure including negotiations, documentation, and due diligence of every transaction.
