Tailwind - Manager - Marketing (2-6 yrs)
Tailwind is looking for a Marketing Manager who is able to manage multiple advertising work streams and is dynamic, enthusiastic and keen-eyed enough to go beyond the obvious, draw complex insights and provide actionable to the team and the client.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Effective planning, implementation and monitoring of the digital media campaigns in coordination with different stakeholders, with end-to-end ownership of the complete process
- Developing marketing strategies and campaign ideas by understanding brand language, audience preferences and competitive landscape
- Analysing data from ad campaigns and secondary sources to identify trends, insights and opportunities to optimize campaign performance
- Building and ensuring compliance to systems to ensure smooth execution of digital media campaigns
- Providing inputs and expertise to drive efficacy of marketing activities, starting from media planning to content development and finalizing ad targeting
- Creating and maintaining relationships with clients, advertising partners and publishers
- Managing the team by recruiting, orienting, and training team members.

- Ability to conceptualise ad campaigns
- Proficiency in Meta, Google Ads Manager etc. and analytics/marketing tools like Google Analytics, Clever Tap, MO Engage, etc.
- A self-starter mentality, a strong sense of ownership, and an appetite for learning.
Educational Qualifications and Work Experience
- Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or a related field from a leading Indian/International education institution
- Relevant experience of 2+ years gained in either a full-service agency or product/growth/brand management focused roles in a consumer-facing organization
- Credible record of operating at a team management level
