Job description :

Tailwind is looking for a Graphic and Video Designer who is dynamic, enthusiastic and keen-eyed. Candidates should be able to consistently create impactful advertising graphics and videos for various platforms. Candidates will be expected to design creative in unison with advertisers, copywriters and/or client team members in a fast paced work environment.

Primary Responsibilities:-

- Create design solutions for different business requirements like digital ads, social media designs, online banners, agency website creative assets, etc.

- Study design briefs and determine effective graphical / video representation that is visually appealing, easy to understand, and impactful

- Generate clear ideas, concepts, and designs of creative assets from beginning to end

- Use appropriate colours and layouts within an established brand identity for each graphic / video

- Work with advertisers, copywriters and client team members to produce final design

- Test graphics / videos across various media

- Amend designs after feedback

- Ensure final graphics and videos are visually appealing and on-brand.

Qualifications:-

- 1-2 years of proven graphic designing and video editing experience with a strong portfolio of illustrations or assets

- Full-time Bachelor's degree, preferably in a related discipline

- Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Corel Draw

- Familiarity with video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects

- A keen eye for visual composition, aesthetics and details

- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines

- Desire to continue building skill set with education and training

- Accuracy and attention to detail

- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
