As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a key role in the growth of our business by identifying and qualifying potential leads. You will work closely with the marketing teams to ensure a continuous pipeline of high-quality leads. Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation Strategy : Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies and campaigns to attract potential customers through various digital marketing channels.
- Content Marketing : Create and distribute engaging content, including blogs, whitepapers, infographics, and social media posts, to drive traffic and generate leads.
- Email Marketing : Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and convert them into customers.
- Social Media Marketing : Manage and grow social media accounts to engage with potential leads and drive traffic to the website.
- Data Analysis : Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, and adjust strategies as needed to maximize results.
- Lead Nurturing : Develop and implement lead nurturing strategies to move leads through the sales funnel.
- CRM Management : Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and up-to-date lead information.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- Experience : 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation.
- Digital Marketing Tools : Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, HubSpot, Mailchimp, and CRM software.
- Content Creation : Strong writing and content creation skills.
- Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team Player : Ability to work collaboratively with marketing team.
- Adaptability : Ability to adapt to new marketing trends and technologies quickly.
