Tag n Bag - Executive - Sales & Marketing (1-4 yrs)
Job Requirements:
A minimum of full time bachelor's degree in marketing, commerce or related discipline from a recognized university with minimum of 60% marks or equivalent scale
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in sales, marketing or related discipline; experience in an IT company will be a plus.
Basic computer knowledge of MS word, MS excel, MS power point, email, Google docs and Internet
Basic knowledge of methods involved in showing, promoting, and selling products and services
Knowledge of English, Hindi and Chhattisgarhi
Fair idea about local locations or areas especially the clusters of business and transport
Ability to professionally talk to customers and effectively convey information about products and services
Ability to judge customer behaviour and accordingly mould the sales pitch
Ability to speak clearly and politely so that it is understandable to a customer
A passionate, go getter, hardworking and result focused character
Must be well-organized an efficient in day to day operations
Must have a friendly, professional and polite nature
Should be self-motivated and should have polished communication skills
A valid two-wheeler and four-wheeler driving license and an android smartphone is a must
Knowledge of online and social media marketing and sales will be an added advantage
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
This role is individual contributor role wherein the candidate will be given a particular territory area wherein he/she would be required to visit transporters, pick-up drivers and delivery personal across different vehicle categories, meet customers, present the benefits of the products, register the transporters and close sales
Through tele-calling leads/ cold calling/ emails connect with prospective customers to offer and pitch the products and services
Pitch the right product to the customers and professionally persuade them to purchase and register for the services
Effectively explains the advantages, features and benefits of the products and services being sold to drive customer interest and increase sales
Clear doubts and answers customer questions pertaining to the products and services being offered
Closure of sales with the customers and meeting the quota and targets for the month
Be the point of contact for the customers and work with the internal team to resolve any issues faced by the customers
Undertake periodic market surveys to understand the customers interest and the marketability of the products and services
Analyse local market trends and competitor activity to identify scope of products and service improvement
Develop customer accounts and travel across the market to drive business sales
To organize and actively participate in corporate sales events
Interact with customers to obtain feedback and review on the products and services
To attend daily, weekly, monthly internal sales meeting with the senior management
To adhere and follow all organizational rules and policies
