Tag n Bag - Executive - Sales & Marketing (1-2 yrs)
Job Requirements :
- A minimum of full time bachelor's degree in marketing, commerce or related discipline from a recognized university with minimum of 60% marks or equivalent scale
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in marketing and sales; experience in a logistics, IT, marketing company will be a plus
- Basic computer knowledge of MS office, email and Internet is a must
- Basic knowledge of methods involved in showing, promoting, and selling products or services
- Knowledge of English, Hindi and Regional Language
- Fair idea about local locations or areas especially the clusters of business and transport
- Ability to professionally talk to customers and effectively convey information
- Ability to judge customer behaviour and accordingly mould the sales pitch
- Ability to speak clearly so that it is understandable to a customer
- A passionate and result focused character and must be well-organized an efficient in day to day operations
- Should be self-motivated and should have polished communication skills and should have a friendly and polite nature
- A valid two-wheeler and four-wheeler driving license is a must
Job Roles & Responsibilities :
- This role is individual contributor role wherein the candidate will be given a particular territory area wherein he/she would have to visit transporters, pick-up drivers and delivery personal across different vehicle categories, meet customers, present the benefits of the products, and close sales
- Through tele-calling leads/ cold calling/ emails connect with prospective customers to offer and pitch the products
- Pitch the right product to the customers and persuade them to purchase and register for the services
- Effectively explains the advantages, features and benefits of the products being sold to drive customer interest and increase sales
- Clear doubts and answers customer questions pertaining to the products & services being offered
- Closure of sales with the customers and meeting the quota and targets for the month
- Be the point of contact for the customers and work with the internal team to resolve any issues faced by the customers
- Undertake periodic market surveys to understand the customers interest and the marketability of the products and services
