Tactopus - Executive - Customer Success (0-3 yrs)
- Answer calls / Emails/ Chat professionally to provide information about products, processes and services. Handle customer and educator escalations. Achieve best in class First-Time-Resolution rates and turnaround time for customer needs.
- Willing to walk the extra mile to deliver customer delight and best in world customer satisfaction scores. Maintain customer relationships, case histories and documentation
- Leave customers and educators feeling supported and delighted after every interaction and in turn see the extent of your impact!
