The General manager Marketing will drive the company into the next phase of growth by leading the Marketing Function.

The key deliverables for the job would be:

- Conceive, create a creative and impactful branding and marketing strategy. Drive Digital & Offline marketing strategy

- Use digital first strategies for rapid market penetration and brand prominence.

- Conceptualize, create and Manage P&L, Discounts & Marketing budgets efficiently.

- Exposure in Conversion funnels and performance marketing in previous role

- Create innovative brand messaging to guide content marketing and social media efforts.

- Provide insights for program enhancements and fine-tune marketing strategies in line with our brand image.

- Conceptualize and execute unique events and conferences for brand-building.

Organization Skills:

- Collaborator, affluent at working with teams as well as all stakeholders

- Exceptional story teller

- Industry level expert at communication

- Drive a culture of high performance, collaboration within and across teams, and work to nurture and empower talent.

- Provide strategic guidance as well as hands-on leadership to a large team

- Ability to build a case, prioritize and execute while rallying teams across to drive the org level goals

Experience:

- 10 Years in an e-commerce platform, where one has seen results of marketing efforts grow the brand & revenues

- Been exposed to ATL/BTL ecosystems, has seen business growth driven by both channels

- Hand on execution expert, mindful of cost and impact.

- Attention to detail with long term thinking

Education:

- An MBA from a premier institute
