Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan
- Identify potential customers in hotels, restaurants, and catering establishments.
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Conduct regular sales visits and product presentations to prospective clients
- Effectively communicating the value proposition of TAALI FOODS products.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities, campaigns, and events targeting the HORECA sector.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
- Track sales performance, generate reports, and provide accurate sales forecasts
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
- Work closely with the operations and logistics teams to coordinate order processing, delivery schedules, and stock availability.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in institutional sales, preferably within the HORECA sector.
- Strong knowledge of the food industry, particularly in the snacks and food products segment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office suite.
- Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients and attend industry events as required.
- Familiarity with HORECA distribution networks and channels is highly desirable.
