T7E - Sales Officer - Automotive Lubricant (2-7 yrs)

Over the ensuing years it has evolved to be a US$ 850 million diversified Company offering value added products and services in Power Transmission Conductors, Petroleum Specialities and Power & Telecom Cables.
This opportunity is on third party payroll for our Automotive Lubricant division which is a technical collaboration with eni SPA Italy.
Position: Sales Officer
Location: Mangalore / Shimoga/ Nizamabad
Educational Qualification: Graduate or diploma in engineering
Experience: 3 to 5 years, Sales & Marketing (Auto Spare parts / Auto Lubricant / Batteries)
Job Description:
- Achieve Sales numbers for the area being handled. Must have field experience in the respective region good market knowledge / intelligence of the area being handled.
- Network expansion - Distributor appointments and monitoring their performance. Secondary retail network expansion and monitoring. Automotive Lubricants
- Achieving Product mix targets for the designed area, Brand promotion through local activation like Meets, campaigns, Point of sale promotions etc.
- Fiscal management - Manage trade receivables within approved credit policies of the organization
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Good Communication skills (written and oral) in English and Local language.
- Pleasing Personality.
- Basic Computer skills ( MS Office)
- Good in customer relationship management and networking.
