Job description :-
- Ability to make minimum 100 calls per day with the provided leads.
- Ability to convince the customers and generate meetings through calling.
- Taking Inbound sales calls and outbound sales calls.
- Arrange Customers Site visits.
- Coordination with marketing team and managers.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks given by head and management.
- Providing maximum responses from Leads to Sales Department with accurate customer feed back.
- Prepare and submit reports.
- Maintain leads data / client data.
Skills :-
- Good business communication skills with proficiency in English.
- Good persuasion skills, target orientation and tactfulness.
- Highly Energetic, cordial approach with abilities to interact and accurately resolve all kinds of customer queries and concerns to achieve complete customer's satisfaction.
- Has excellent problem-solving skills.
- Decision Making
- Working knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel.
