Sysyork - Sales Trainee (1-2 yrs)
SysYork Technologies is seeking motivated and hard-working Entry Level Sales Trainees to join our growing team.
- As an Entry Level Sales Trainee, you will enroll in our 6-month training program. This program is comprised of both field based and research style training.
- You will be working with your assigned Sales Mentor in the field, observing the sales process and assisting them on their calls. You will also be given the opportunity to travel with our customer service and installation teams to enhance your knowledge of our products.
- During training, You will Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities, Research and analyze sales options, Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects, Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports.
- During the 6 months of training, you can expect rich hand on sales and data analysis learning and experience. This is on Job training, and you will not be paid during this tenure, but you will be given your certificate for your college degree. Once you complete the training program, you may be assigned territory and permanent role based on your performance during training period.
Requirements :
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to build strong customer relationships
- Bachelor's degree last semester.
- Must be a self-starter with good time management skills.
- Willing to join us on permanent role after successful completion of the 6-month training program.
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including word, excel, and outlook.
- Ability to perform remotely and at individual level.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
- Ability to create and deliver presentations
- Fast learner and quick thinker
- Passionate about sales and data research.
- Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment
