Systematic Group - Management Trainee - Sales & Operations (2-3 yrs)
Management Trainee
Bright and young people will be hired and trained with the top management of the company for 1.5-2 years to take up leadership roles within the company. Either you will monitor and improve the workings of a department/function or you will build something from scratch!
Responsibilities :
- Taking on some of the management's responsibilities and working more closely with it;
- Assess process and functioning of departments assigned, work closely with the team to monitor and review performance.
- Build from scratch- Carrying out background research and presenting findings;
- Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations for management review;
- Organising and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings;
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff - represent the top management of company
- Carrying out specific projects and research, lead a task and manage project end-to-end
- Deputising for the manager, making decisions and delegating work to others in the manager's absence
- Functional Reporting and Process management of all departments;
Requirements :
- Open to perform all kinds of tasks assigned, work cross function
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Good presentation
- Good academics from reputed college
- Willing to travel to factory (near Mumbai)
