Syscraft Technologies - Manager - Business Development (3-5 yrs)
Education: Graduate Preferably from Engineering Domain & MBA Sales & Marketing.
No of Positions: 2
Experience: 3-5 Years.
Pre-Requisite: IT Solutions Selling experience, Team Player, Excellent Communication Skills - Oral and Written.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Excellent Relationship Management skills with the existing customers.
- Hands on Customer experience and Connect
- Ability to Meet - Customer expectations and Cross-sell, Upsell company solutions effortlessly.
- Sales/ Licensing Certification - Microsoft, Adobe, Autodesk, Symantec is a definite plus.
- Ability to understand customer IT Landscape and identify gaps and map solutions to the gaps identified.
- Ability to Spearhead a team of Inside Sales, BDE to reach assigned Quarterly goals.
- IT Solutions Selling experience should be in Information Security, Information Management, Windows Managed Services, Storage Solutions etc.
- Passion to reach the Goal assigned. Prepare, Execute and Implement business plan to reach the Goal assigned.
- Set up review mechanism for the team and diligent reporting to Management.
- Distributor and Principal OEM Engagement and Planning is a must.
