Role Overview:
As a Business Development Executive, your primary responsibility will be to drive business growth by identifying potential partners and clients, particularly in IT, IoT, and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) solutions. The role emphasizes creating strategic alliances, enhancing partners' sales processes, and expanding the company's market presence in KSA and beyond, with a preference for experience working with clients in the mining, oil & gas, and chemical industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnerships & Business Development:
- Identify and onboard partners with expertise in IT, IoT, CCTV, and HSE solutions to strengthen the company's value proposition.
- Collaborate with local partners to enhance sales processes and target new opportunities effectively.
- Build alliances that enable indirect sales efforts due to the absence of a local entity.
Market Research & Client Targeting:
- Conduct market analysis to identify business opportunities, focusing on key industries such as mining, oil & gas, logistics, healthcare, and chemical industries.
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions aligned with their operational goals.
- Build a pipeline of qualified prospects using a mix of direct outreach, networking, and strategic marketing initiatives.
Solution Selling:
- Present the value of Syook's offerings, emphasizing business outcomes such as ROI and operational efficiency.
- Ensure that partners and clients have comprehensive training and knowledge about the company's solutions.
Sales Enablement & Collaboration:
- Work closely with partners to enhance their sales capabilities and ensure alignment with Syook's objectives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including pre-sales and technical teams, to customize offerings for the KSA market.
Compliance & Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary contact for clients and partners, ensuring seamless communication and a high standard of service.
- Support partners with tender-related requirements and compliance, focusing on successful client acquisitions.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in IT, IoT, or HSE-focused solutions.
- Proven experience in forming strategic alliances and driving business growth in B2B environments.
- Preference for candidates with experience handling clients in mining, oil & gas, and chemical industries.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
Skills:
- Strong communication and presentation skills to engage with senior-level stakeholders.
