Synycs - Executive - US Sales - AI Automation/RPA Vertical (8-12 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.

- Client Engagement : Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions that address their challenges.

- Sales Process Management : Manage the end-to-end sales process, including initial contact, follow-up, proposal presentation, negotiation, and closing.

- Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to effectively position our solutions and identify new opportunities.

- Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions in our CRM system. Provide regular reports and updates to the sales manager.

- Collaboration : Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and contribute to the development of marketing campaigns and promotional materials.

Requirements and skills :

- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role

- Candidate should have 8+ years of full sales cycle experience in Software Industry.- Preferably includes 5+ years of experience with Robotic Process Automation.

- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.

- Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).

- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.

- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.

- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
