Syntagi Healthcare - Executive - Business Development (1-3 yrs)
Syntagi is in need of an experienced and resourceful Business Development Executive to develop and implement growth opportunities in existing and new markets. We- re searching for professionals that have a solid track record of creating long-term value for organizations. We- re looking for an executive who is customer-obsessed and ready to solve the needs of our clients. Successful applicants should also be willing to travel.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop & expand the network of Syntagi.
- Contribute in Company's Revenue Generation.
- Meet & Pitch potential clinics/hospitals about our product.
- Reach and outperform sales targets
- Reporting to Director, work closely with the core team to push sales.
Skills & Qualifications :
- 1-3 years of sales experience.
- Good communication skills and proficiency in English, HIndi and Marathi.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Team player.
- Experience in the HealthCare domain will be preferred.
- Excellent selling and negotiation skills
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
- Desirable level of IT skills/computer literacy
