How can your role impact Synoriq?

1. We have developed an excellent product and sold so far through inside sales team

2. Now we are looking for aggressive growth and distribution

3. We are looking for sales leaders to lead North, West and South regions

4. We are expecting to double our business every year for next 5 years

Apply only if you satisfy the below criteria :


Experience:

1. 15 years of experience in B2B SaaS Software sales, min 5 years in BFSI domain

2. Preferably experience in LOS/LMS domain

Longevity :

1. B2B software sales can time, we are looking for the folks who can give next 20 years to Synoriq

2. We will ensure that work is not stressful and financially your growth is taken care of

Location : Mumbai/ Delhi/ Chennai only

Our expectations from you :


1. We will give you full autonomy and allow you to operate free handedly

2. You should be able to generate your own leads

3. You should be able to hire your own team for any long-term needs

4. Common centralized team will be available for Demos/RFP and Calling

5. You will run the complete show in your territory - from lead-gen to closure

6. You'll be able to generate business with annual recurring revenue of INR 4Cr+
